Not All About Exercise

No doubt exercise is a huge part of the fight against childhood and adult obesity, but exercise alone is not enough. Eating healthy is an important part of the foundation to allow physical fitness to be effective.

If you are loading your body with a bunch of crap, exercise cannot deliver any benefit as it is just counterbalancing the negative of your nutrition.
I brought a healthy snack to my son’s game. Bad idea.

Seeing the initial story about an NYC school drastically changing its meals was great, but now, the results are in and need to be the standard for others to follow:
