10 Superfoods to Consider

I've tried a number of different approaches to what I eat and make an attempt to understand the different effects they have on my body and athletic performance.

There is nothing perfect or a magic bullet other than eating real food and cutting out all the processed crap and additives. Beyond that, everyone needs to find the right balance for themselves.

Try new things, one at a time, so you are clear on what is causing any impact and then slowly incorporate those foods that you like and provide benefits into your daily/weekly menu.
